PS - Please make digital copies of all your Kriegie letters, photos, diaries and other printed memorabilia. It's the best way to preserve them.
Another PS - There's another Ning site, dedicated to "Black Thursday" (14 Oct 1943). If you or your relative flew that mission, please visit. It was a costly mission for the USAAF. (My dad was shot down 5 days before.)
